The core to this new website content brief was to sound ‘different’. McCrudden Training has its own quirky unique voice of the then owner Nicky McCrudden and her like-minded ‘gurus’. Once I had completed the website, I was asked to write a series of blogs on Nicky’s behalf too.

Nic was recommended to me by a trusted business connection and he didn’t let me down! Nic is easy to talk to (vital for someone who’s going to write on your behalf). She asked insightful questions to quickly ‘get under the skin’ of our company, so she could write in our voice. She gave constructive feedback on the structure of our website redesign that really helped with conversations with our web designer. Most importantly she delivered what she promised, when she promised and unlike copy writers I’ve worked with before – I didn’t feel a need to rewrite it to make it ‘sound like me’. Nic is professional and fun to work with – highly recommend her!
